  Walked in to the store stating I'm looking to switch providers, have a very old phone and open to a new one, seeking information on deals and offers. Should be a salesman's dream customer. Instead, I watched the top of a salesman's head as his eyes remained locked on a cell phone screen and he mumbled over the admittedly lackluster deals they were currently running. Clearly lacked interest in gaining a customer and could used some lessons in customer service. If that is representation of Verizon's service will I be inspired to return? Nope.
